How to buy online

Order execution

Any order confirmation signed by the click of validation is a commitment to purchase, which may be called into question in the case of applying the right of withdrawal or cancellation of the order with a timely communication to our service, before and not after that 'order is processed.

The customer will receive an e-mail notification showing the order details as confirmation. Viola Argenti reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason relating in particular to a product supply problem, or a problem with the order received.

Viola Argenti will not be held responsible for mistakes in delivery due to inaccuracy or incompleteness in filling in the purchase order from the customer. Viola Argenti will also be held responsible for any damage occurring to the products after delivery to the carrier for their transport as well as for delay in delivery attributable to the latter.

Prices

The prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT at 22%, the final price for the customer is always displayed next to the product.

The advertised price does not include shipping costs, which are calculated at checkout, before the final balance.

Payment

To purchase, the customer must fill out the information required by the payment system driven, chosen in the order form.

Viola Argenti provides the following services: Paypal, bank transfer, cash (at a cost of 5.00 €).

The balance is made upon confirmation of the order.

The customer agrees to pay the agreed price during the purchase.

Delivery

Viola Argenti benefits from the services of DHL, the global leader in the industry.

After placing your order, it is processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

The delivered product is equipped with identification code and is traceable to www.dhl.it

Viola Argenti agrees to process orders swiftly.

The delivery document issued by the carrier, dated and signed by the customer upon delivery of the product will be a test on the transport and release of the goods.

Upon delivery, the customer must check the contents, conformity and condition of the reference product.

In the event of delays, damages, total or partial loss or other problems, the customer is entitled to appeal to the carrier. 

Back, right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be execute only in relation to contracts of sale of goods or services, concluded at a distance or away from the shops.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised by the time of conclusion of the contract until ten days after the receipt of the goods.

During the withdrawal period mentioned, the customer is responsible for the object as guardian. In case of damage, destruction or improper use of the product in custody of the customer, the customer will suffer all the consequences.

How does it work?

It is exercised by sending within ten days of a written communication to the professional by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. You can send the communication, within the same period, by telegram, telex, e-mail and fax, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within forty-eight hours.

IMPORTANT:

The regulations exclude the right of withdrawal for goods made to measure or personalized.
Some of our products are perforated / engraved and custom crafted for the end customer.

Warranty

Products sold benefit from the legal warranty against hidden defects provided by the 1641 and subsequent articles of the Civil Code.
The latter does not cover damage, breakage or malfunction due to failure to respect the precautions for use.

To activate the warranty, the customer returns the product to Viola Argenti at his own expense enclosing the original invoice.

Unique pieces

Some of our products are hand made and different. The case of the uniqueness of the product, is specified in the description of that product or category.

In such conditions the descriptive photos show the product affordable same, similar or not one forming part of a series.

You can not, however, the replacement of a product in case of unfulfilled expectations with regard to subjective evaluations, composition and customization of the order.
